'We Are Pleasing Pak Army...' Says Javed Akhtar On Banning Pak Artists In India | Pahalgam Attack

Veteran lyricist Javed Akhtar weighed in on the contentious issue of allowing Pakistani artists to perform in India. He highlighted the historical context, noting that while India has warmly welcomed numerous Pakistani artists like Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Ghulam Ali, this generosity has not been reciprocated, citing the absence of a Lata Mangeshkar performance in Pakistan despite her immense popularity there.
