Indian Idol 12 winner Pawandeep Rajan drops a picture post multiple surgeries, writes 'Recovery mode on'

Pawandeep Rajan, a popular singer and Indian Idol Season 12 winner, is still in intensive care after a serious vehicle accident in Uttar Pradesh earlier this month. The incident occurred near Moradabad while Rajan was on his way to Delhi to catch a flight for a scheduled event. His SUV reportedly crashed with a stationary canter truck, resulting in serious injuries, including several fractures and a brain injury. Now, the singer took to his Instagram to share an update from the hospital as he is now on a journey of healing. In the picture, Pawandeep was seen playing chess with the hospital staff as he rested on the bed. He wrote, "Recovery mode on, thank you all for the prayers and blessings."Earlier, Pawandeep's team had issued a statement sharing about the multiple surgeries Pawandeep underwent in a short span of time, it read, "Hi Everyone, Pawan underwent three more surgeries yesterday. Early in the morning, he was taken into the OT, and after eight long hours, all his remaining fractures were successfully operated on. Though he is still in the ICU under observation, he will remain there for a few more days.As the doctor rightly said, now the healing and recovery process has started. Let's just pray for his speedy recovery. Once again, thank you everyone for all the blessings and prayers." Pawandeep's friend Govind Digari recently took to Instagram to share a snapshot of Pawandeep, who was smiling while recovering in the hospital. The performer has been released from the intensive care unit and is being constantly monitored due to his serious injuries.
