Pawan Kalyan fans are eagerly waiting for the comeback of the "Power Star" to the silver screen with 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 Sword vs Spirit'. Actor turned politician who serves as the Deputy Chief Minister of
Andhra Pradesh has multiple projects in his pipeline.
Directed by
Krish Jagarlamudi and Jyothi Krishna, this period action-adventure film may be postponed from the film's original release date of March 28, 2025.
As per a 123Telugu report, the delay is expected to be due to multiple factors. Reports indicate that Pawan Kalyan still has a few key scenes left to shoot.
Additionally, the extensive CGI and post-production work required for this epic period drama are expected to take more time than initially planned. With other films like Nithiin’s 'Robinhood' and Narne Nithin's 'MAD Square' scheduled for release on March 28, it is speculated that the makers of 'HHVM' might push its release to avoid competition.
In the earlier month, Pawan Kalyan suffered from a viral fever, which temporarily halted the film's final shooting schedule. While he has since recovered, these disruptions have further delayed production timelines. The final schedule, which includes a massive action sequence involving over 200 artists, is set to wrap up by mid-March.
Though there is no official confirmation yet, reports suggest that 'HHVM' could hit theatres in April or May 2025. However, an official announcement from the production house is awaited.
The film is set in the 17th century, 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu' chronicles the life of a legendary outlaw and his daring adventures. Pawan Kalyan plays the titular role of Veera Mallu in this pan-Indian film, which will release in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
